Solderless Breadboarding Kits for Groups #1 - 10 Sets (#4490)
This is the Solderless Breadboard Electronics Kit #1. It includes an extremely useful and re-useable 830 Tie-Points Solderless Breadboard and some Analog & Linear ICs. Included are the TL070 Op Amp, LM1458 Dual Op Amp, LM311 Voltage Comparator, the LM555 Timer, and the LM7805 Voltage Regulator IC.
The Solderless Breadboard is 2.2" wide by 6.5" long with an adhesive backing. It consists of 4 rows of Distribution Strips with 2 rows at the top and 2 rows at the bottom. There are also 630 Tie-Points in the center organized as 126 columns with 5 Tie-Points per column. The Solderless Breadboard is used to build your prototype circuits and can be reused over and over.
This kit also includes different values of 1/4 Watt Leaded Resistors, NPN & PNP Transistors, Aluminum & Ceramic Capacitors, Signal & Power & Zener Diodes, LEDs, Trimpots, and a miniature Speaker. With these parts, you can make numerous circuits such as active filters, pre-amps, signal conditioners, function generators, and much more.
There are over 500 pieces per kit, you will get 10 kits for a total of over 5000 electronic components. There are no wire jumpers in this series of kits. Since the cost of wire jumpers is very high (equal to the cost of the Solderless Breadboard), we felt that wire can be easily gotten from numerous sources. The wire used in Solderless Breadboards is typically solid, 22AWG or 20AWG.
