Triacs & SCRs by the Pound

This kit consists of assorted Triacs & SCRs in the TO-220 package. There are over 200 Triacs & SCRs per pound. All of these are UNTESTED and most of them are UNMARKED. A few of them are marked: there are Q4004LT2, S6002LT2, S1003LS3, Q5004L4, and more. There are different Voltages and different Amperage Thyristors in this lot.
There are enough Triacs and SCRs to keep you busy for a long time. Search the web to find simple circuits to test them. Triacs are great for AC Light Dimmers and SCRs make great On-Switches and relay drivers.
