This Crystal Tester (SMT)Surface Mount Technology Project Kit is very popular and easy to build. It will light up the Green LED whenever a good crystal is tested. It has been tested with crystals from 1MHz to 60MHz. It comes with a 3-pin Terminal to fit your crystal, so that you don't have to solder it in to test it.
You get the PCB, Schematics, and the Electronic component parts. It requires a 9 volt battery which is not included. The PCB is 0.062" thick and double-sided with soldermask on both sides.
This kit is offered with a "Built & Tested" option for those that do not want to build the kit themselves.
